What happens if a student needs to cancel? Does he/she receive a refund?
In the event that a student is unable to attend your class, (s)he has the option to let us know whether (s)he would like to cancel. This is required at least seven days in advance of the class date. In this case we'll delete the student from your roster and open the spot up to other students.
Students who inform us less than seven days in advance of the class are not refunded. We instead encourage students to try to sell or give away their ticket if they're unable to attend a class.
