When does event registration end?

When you create your event, you are able to select when you would like registration to close. You can select from weeks in advance to the end of event (which means students can register last minute).

We recommend keeping registration open as long as possible but keep in mind if your minimum is NOT met the event will still auto-cancel if below minimum 25 hours in advance of the start time.

Some teachers may need to end a registration early in order to know what amount of supplies are needed. The benefit of having a later registration is that you may sell more registrations on the day of. It is up to you to decide what works best for your event!

You can edit your registration cut off time at any time by going to Edit Event in your Dashboard.
