How does recurring automatic schedule creation work?

Dabble's software will automatically create new schedules based on the time of day, minimum, maximum, price, fee split and the established venue set when the recurring schedule rule was created.

Automatic schedule creation occurs based on the following conditions:

When # of daily recurring schedules per day reaches 4 active schedules, it will automatically create 4 more recurring schedules per day set by the rule.

For example: If rule only has Saturdays, it will create 4 more Saturday schedules when the number of live schedules reaches 4. However, if the rule has Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays set, it will create 4 more schedules on each date when the number of active schedules reaches the minimum of 4 live schedules.

When # of weekly schedules reaches 4 active schedules, it will automatically create 2 more recurring schedules per week set by the rule.

For example: If rule only has weekly on Saturdays, it will create 2 more Saturday schedules when the number of live schedules reaches 4. However, if the recurring rule repeats on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, it will create 2 more schedules on each date when the number of active schedules reaches the minimum of 4 live weekly. schedules.

When # of monthly schedules reaches 1 active schedules, it will automatically create 3 more recurring monthly schedules set by the rule.

For example: If rule only has monthly on 2nd Saturday, it will create 3 more monthly Saturday schedules when the number of live schedules reaches 1. However, if the monthly recurring rule repeats on the 2nd Monday, Wednesday and Friday, it will create 3 more monthly schedules on each date as the number of active schedules reaches the minimum of 1 live monthly schedule.
