What if something comes up and I can no longer can host my event?

Listing an event is a commitment, and we ask that you respect that commitment. However, any partner who needs to cancel an event due to an emergency should inform Dabble as soon as possible before the event start time. Before canceling the event, please consider finding someone to host the event in your place or reach out to anyone booked and make an effort to transfer the registrations to a future date. If not possible, try to offer the option to credit those registered to rebook a future date when your emergency has passed before refunding.

As a courtesy to you, the event host, we are able to inform guests on your behalf and offer a full refund to all students who have signed up if you reach out to us directly via text, chat, call, or email. We also encourage you in the case of an emergency cancellation to send a message (via your Dabble Dashboard) to students to inform them of the change.
