Page Going Blank Upon Mouse Click

Hi team -
been having some issues with the website, when I try to send a teacher a message my screen gets a smoky black color and nothing happens. Is this a known issue you're working through?

    Hey Jace,

    While the graying out is normal, what should also happen is you should see a window pop up (see attached screenshot). My guess is either it's a browser issue, or you're resolution may make it incredibly zoomed in.

    What browser are you using? I'd recommend Chrome or Firefox.
