Hi -
My daughter and I - and possibly a few others - are interested in the African Drumming class on Saturday, October 27. It looks like nobody else has signed up. I have two questions - when would you decide to cancel/reschedule if there are no participants, and would there be a chance that it could be pushed back an hour or two if that would mean that we would be able to sign up. My daughter is coming in for the weekend and spending Friday night in Madison. She isn't sure whether she would make it to Milwaukee in time for a noon class.

    Hi Jane,

Classes automatically cancel 24 hours prior to a class (tomorrow at noon) if they are below minimum. This class has a minimum of 5, so if you could get 3 others to sign up, that would ensure it runs.

I've sent an email to Oumar (the teacher) to get his opinion on moving it back a bit (this would also require approval from the venue), as well as his thoughts on a potentially smaller class size (given the subject matter, he might prefer a minimum just to make the class work).

Please let me know if you would be able to get 5 people to sign up, as that might help persuade Oumar, as well as what time you'd be able to do this if he and the venue can be flexible.
