Cancelling a class

I sent an email to Danielle, the teacher for the fabric gift wrap class and got no reply.
I need to cancel the class and I did it a week before so I can get my payment back.
Also, the link that you provide on your payment receipt to make the cancelation doesn't work either.
What do I have to do?

    Sorry for the confusion and for the link in the help document not working. It should take you here: http://dabble.co/dashboard I will try to fix that shortly.

    As for the current case, it looks like you messaged the teacher as on October 28th (yesterday), which is only 6 days ahead of the class on this upcoming Sunday, leaving the decision up to the teacher per our policy. I will send her an additional note, as there's a chance she just hasn't checked her email.

    Most of the time, teachers are ok with this request, but I cannot speak on her behalf. Also, please note that per our policy, you will receive credit (as opposed to a monetary refund) if she honors your request.
